Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Booking Terms and Conditions: 

The course fee includes 2 nights’ accommodation at Croydon Hall, based on shared accommodation. Single occupancy rooms are available for a small supplement, but cannot be guaranteed. The fee also includes main meals and refreshments. The event fee will also cover workshops during the event, along with entertainment. 

If you book online, you are required to pay a £75 deposit to secure your place. You will then receive an invoice for the full course fee, which must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the event start date. This must be paid regardless of attendance. Registering your details on the booking form and paying the deposit will constitute a booking. Bookings will not be accepted without a deposit. 

Confirmation of registration, venue details and a VAT receipt/invoice will be sent in acknowledgement of all bookings. Anyone not having received these details within 7 days of the course date should telephone to confirm their place. 

Cancellations and Refunds 

Please note, all invoices are liable for payment, regardless of attendance.

The full balance of the ticket cost must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the event start date. In the event full payment is not received, your ticket may be cancelled and no refund will be given. Full payment is required in advance of the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received in advance of the event. 

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another influencer. Transfer requests must be made in writing no later than 10 working days prior to the event, and will be subject to a £25 + VAT administration charge per ticket. No refunds or transfers can be made for cancellations notified within 10 working days of the event. 

Flea Enterprises reserves the right to change the programme, date, content, speakers or venue. We reserve the right to cancel the conference if deemed necessary, and will in such event make a full refund of any registration fee. 

Any personal details you provide may be used by Flea Enterprises for the purposes of the conference, and will be handled in line with our privacy policy.
